We are seeking an experienced
Python Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience
, with a strong focus on the
Django framework
. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain robust web applications and services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Experience with
Laravel (2+ years)
is a strong plus, though not mandatory. A successful candidate will thrive in collaborative environments, contribute to architectural decisions, and demonstrate a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

●     Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
Python and Django
.

●     Implement RESTful APIs, database models, and backend services.

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps, product managers) to deliver high-quality software.

●     Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.

●     Optimize applications for maximum performance, security, and scalability.

●     Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.

●     Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

●     (Optional/Nice-to-have) Support and contribute to projects built on
Laravel
when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

●     
4–6 years of professional experience
in Python development.

●     Strong expertise in the
Django framework
(including ORM, middleware, authentication, migrations, etc.).

●     Solid understanding of
object-oriented programming
and software design principles.

●     Hands-on experience with
relational databases
(PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM concepts.

●     Knowledge of
RESTful API development
and integration.

●     Familiarity with
Git, CI/CD workflows, Docker
, and deployment pipelines.

●     Good understanding of web security practices and performance optimization.

●     Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

●     
2+ years of professional experience with Laravel (PHP framework)

●     Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React).

●     Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP).

●     Knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous task queues.

●     Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
