We are seeking an experienced
Python Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience

, with a strong focus on the
Django framework

. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain robust web applications and services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Experience with
Laravel (2+ years)

is a strong plus, though not mandatory. A successful candidate will thrive in collaborative environments, contribute to architectural decisions, and demonstrate a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
    Python and Django

.
- Implement RESTful APIs, database models, and backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps, product managers) to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- (Optional/Nice-to-have) Support and contribute to projects built on
Laravel

when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of professional experience

in Python development.
- Strong expertise in the
Django framework

(including ORM, middleware, authentication, migrations, etc.).
- Solid understanding of
object-oriented programming

and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with
relational databases

(PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM concepts.
- Knowledge of
RESTful API development

and integration.
- Familiarity with
Git, CI/CD workflows, Docker

, and deployment pipelines.
- Good understanding of web security practices and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience with Laravel (PHP framework)

- Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous task queues.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
