Position: Print Designer - Soft Home
Type: Full Time / Permanent
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in print and surface design
Location: Gurgaon
Computer Efficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Procreate (preferred), PowerPoint
Skills: Print design, surface pattern design, trend research, color stories, CAD development, design presentation, production-ready artwork

Role and Responsibilities

  • Research and create seasonal print and pattern trends for soft home product lines.

  • Develop original print artwork based on trend research, inspiration sources, and customer briefs, ensuring designs are production-ready.

  • Create repeat and placement prints, colorways, and CADs aligned with brand and customer needs.

  • Build and present trend and concept boards to internal teams and customers.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure print execution aligns with technical and quality standards.

  • Prepare and update detailed tech packs for print designs, ensuring accuracy for sampling and production.

  • Partner with vendors and overseas teams on fabric, print techniques, and finishing development.

  • Support customer presentations with strong visual storytelling and professional artwork packages.

  • Track sampling progress for print developments and ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain competitor and market research reports, including key print trends, motifs, and pricing insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in print and surface design, with a creative eye for color, pattern, and composition.

  • Must have prior experience working within soft home categories.

  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and global environments.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of repeat/pattern software a plus.

  • Ability to translate trend research into commercially viable print designs.

  • Self-sufficient in handling projects independently while also working effectively as part of a team.

  • Candidates from Delhi-NCR will be preferred.
