About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer (3 + years) to join our team at the Millennium Schools in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering impactful designs across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals that enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for branding, campaigns, digital platforms, and print collateral.
  • Create marketing assets such as brochures, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, advertisements, and event collaterals.
  • Design and edit motion graphics, GIFs, and short videos for digital campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 36 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
