Job Description of Legal Head

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To Provide Legal advice to all departments as per requirement

To represent the company in all legal matters

To keep the company, clear of all possible non compliances.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Audit all the functions of company for possible non compliances and getting it closed

  2. Provide guidance on all legal matter related to employees

  3. Prepare documents for filing FIR

  4. Prepare documents to file suits

  5. Draft legal replies to various external entities as and when required

  6. Represent the company in courts

  7. Drafting of all kinds of agreements/contracts between company and external entities for business

purpose.

  1. Apprise the company about new laws and changes in laws and take necessary action to

accommodate the same if required.

  1. Provide legal support related to all the issues related to physical properties of the company.

  2. Provide a legal framework for the business.

  3. Provide legal solutions to various litigations filed against the company.

Location: Jaipur

Reporting to: CFO

Experience: 15-20 Years in Corporate Legal Functions out of which at least 5-7 years should have been in

a leadership Role.

Offered Salary range: 25 to 30 Lac (PA)
