Position: PPC Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of Monthly Production Plan on the basis of Work Orders received. Further,
divide it weekly and daily basis.

• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay on the basis of
production plan

• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores and Production departments for smooth flow of material for
production.

• Follow up with raw material vendors on the basis of the plan to ensure timely delivery after
completion of the process.

• Implement corrective actions whenever Suppliers fails to meet the requested delivery service level.

• Identify bottlenecks and suggest ways and take action to improve operational efficiency

• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time.

• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

• Obtain output information (number of finished products, production line rejections and necessary steps
to compensate shortfall etc.)

• Prepare and submit status and performance reports to appropriate executives

• Collaborate with quality control, dispatch logistics and other staff

• Act on positive or negative feedback from customers and other interested parties

• Any other responsibilities as given by management
Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies :

• Education – minimum DME, BE Mechanical preferred

• Minimum work experience of 2 years in the related field is required

• Minimum education requirement: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Must be proficient with MS Office

• ERP knowledge and experience is preferred

• Should have the ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within
parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to effectively
communicate

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary Range: CTC - 2.5 to 2.7 lacs Per Annum
