Growth Marketing Specialist
for a
6-month fixed-term role (with potential extension)

Bangalore

What you'll do:

  • Analyze business data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams —
    Marketing, Sales, and Product
    — to enable data-backed decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to optimize
    revenue, engagement, and customer experience.
  • Build and automate reports using
    SQL, Python, and visualization tools
    (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Support strategic planning by identifying
    market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights.
  • Assist in
    forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
    to drive business efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience with growth analysis, performance metrics, and strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
