Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Care Team Leader to manage and guide our customer support team, ensuring an excellent post-sales experience for clients. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to resolve customer queries and maintain satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor the Customer Care team to ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams for query closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
  • Conduct team training and performance reviews.
  • Ensure smooth possession and handover process.
  • Prepare and share customer service reports regularly.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team management and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong knowledge of real estate customer service processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
