Required Skills:

Experienced in manual testing of web and mobile applications, with expertise in Agile sprint delivery, automation scripting experience in Selenium and/or Playwright, experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications and strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery management using JIRA.

Job Description

  • Define and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end STLC implementation and exposure to test automation for Web/Mobile applications in Agile environments.
  • Expertise in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, PlayWright, etc.) and integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
  • Experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define testing requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring to team.
  • Manage testing across multiple modules, projects, and environments, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Proficient in JIRA for test management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Responsibility: Planning, estimation, execution, risk management and Reporting.
  • Resource planning & Management.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring to team.
  • Interface with Customer and various business teams.
  • Jira agile - KPI monitoring & Reporting.
  • Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships with Customer and Internal teams.
