F&B Associate

The F&B Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the food and beverage outlets. The role ensures that guests have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs promptly, maintaining service standards, and supporting overall F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Assist in billing, processing payments, and ensuring accurate posting.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Support F&B operations during banquets, events, or in-room dining as required.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and grooming standards consistently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but freshers may also apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
