F&b Associate

As an F&B Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to guests in dining areas, bars, or food counters. You will assist in setting up, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas, including table setup and clearing.
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations in food handling and service.
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management.
- Handle cash and process payments as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Support special events, banquets, or room service as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
