About the role:

We are looking for a polished, customer-first sales professional who can convert website leads through video demos and consultations. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, can simplify product explanations, and can build instant trust with customers. You will be the face of the brand on video calls, helping customers understand our products, resolving their doubts, and guiding them to make the right purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct video consultations with website leads and explain product features, benefits, installation, and usage.
  • Provide a guided buying experience, understand customer needs and recommend the right product.
  • Convert high-intent leads into sales with structured follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed notes, customer insights, and lead status.
  • Share product and customer feedback with internal teams (marketing, product, R&D).
  • Coordinate with the after-sales team for support whenever required.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of sales experience (inside sales, tele-sales, video demos, or D2C preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + English).
  • Confident, clear, and presentable on camera.
  • Ability to simplify technical details into easy customer language.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Meet / Zoom, and WhatsApp Business.
  • High ownership, follow-up discipline, and target-driven attitude.
