About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to support the organization in managing statutory and regulatory compliances, primarily under Shops & Establishment Acts and Labour Laws. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling compliance documentation, maintaining statutory registers, and coordinating with government departments and consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Law, HR, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Labour law compliance and shops & establishment compliance.
  • Good knowledge of applicable Labour legislations (e.g., CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic compliance management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
