We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

- Fully remote work from home job

- must work in 8 am to 4 pm EST (USA) Timezone

- must know how to edit videos and create engaging post

- must be good at multi-tasking

- must act as virtual assistance and help with multi horizon projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform content and campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Schedule posts efficiently using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to maintain consistent online presence.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content visibility in search engine results.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through effective relationship management techniques.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; experience with Facebook Advertising is essential.
  • Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading detail.
  • Ability to develop engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry conversations effectively.
  • Experience in branding strategies, public relations activities, e-commerce integrations, and relationship management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from web analytics to refine marketing tactics continuously.
