  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • PMP or similar planning certification will be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and committed Senior Planning Engineer with strong proficiency in Primavera (P6) to support the planning and monitoring of new projects in South India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing planning functions for these projects within EPC environments, having worked for at least 10+ years specifically in major structural works. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals ready to relocate and contribute to a fast-paced infrastructure execution setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for all phases of the projects.
  • Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and progress tracking tools.
  • Monitor and analyze project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams for schedule integration and alignment.
  • Prepare and present planning and scheduling reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support delay analysis, claims, and extension of time (EOT) justifications.
  • Drive planning discipline across the project life cycle in compliance with contract requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 18 to 28 years of total experience in planning with at least 8 to 10 years in structural projects.
  • Must have worked on at least 1 or 2 projects end-to-end.
  • Experience in works (Buildings, stations, segmental, viaducts, tunnels, etc.).
  • Expert in Primavera P6 with hands-on experience in scheduling, resource loading, and cost control.
  • Strong understanding of project execution, construction methodologies, and interface coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
