Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gwalior for a
Drum Dryer Operator (Potato Flakes).
The role involves overseeing the production process of potato flakes using drum dryers, ensuring adherence to operational standards and quality control. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, making process adjustments to maintain optimal output, performing routine maintenance, and recording production details. Operators are also expected to work collaboratively with the quality assurance team to maintain product consistency, troubleshoot machinery malfunctions, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating drum drying machinery and other food processing equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting and performing minor repairs.
• Attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and the ability to document production activities accurately.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical ITI training in machinery operations is a plus.
