For Non-Voice

REQUIREMENT - ANY UNDERGRADUATE FRESHER CAN APPLY FOR THIS PROFILE.

2. Location- Delhi (Sarita Vihar)

For Voice-

REQUIREMENT - ANY GRADUATE WITH 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE FOR THIS PROFILE.

Salary - 4.5LPA (Depending upon last drawn)

Facilities -

6 days working

Rotational Shift with Rotational Off.

Excellent communication required

Role & responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible..
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer care process and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
