*Job Title: Customer Experience Executive / Telesales*

Location: Noida/Gurugram/Delhi

Department:CCE/Telesale

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls,to assist customers.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries within the defined timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Provide product/service information to customers as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.

*Key Skills & Competencies:*

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Persuasive with sales/upselling skills.

  • Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

*Qualifications & Experience:*

- Graduate (any)

Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Must have good English communication skills (able to speak, write & understand)

*Salary:*

*Up to 18K - 30K/month*
