Job Purpose

Support in managing, monitoring & controlling planning process & system compliance. The role involves analysing SAP/system data, co-ordinating with respective stakeholders, support in preparing MIS, release dashboards and control project, initiatives.

Major Areas of Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with project stakeholders to Prepare maintain project report monitoring
  • Manage and Control schedule, document flow, procurement tracker
  • Monitor, analyse progress and report delays with forward action path
  • Develop, maintain & track documents, various deliverables, vendor bills, action tracker, punch points etc.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret system / SAP / site data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports on plan vs actual.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor planning activities
  • Identify opportunities in existing systems and develop plan for process improvements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing different strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Track & monitor budget approved vs spent.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., projects, Finance, and procurement) to ensure alignment of requirements
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in traditional processes and propose innovative digital solutions
  • Support in digitization initiatives of the department

Person Specifications

Essential Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument / Chemical)

Desired Qualification: -

Experience: 4+ years of experience

Industry Preference: Refinery/Chemical/ Petrochemical Industry
