Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Sai Industries, Ranjangaon Shirur

Company Overview:

Sai Industries is a trusted name with 16 years of excellence in the supply chain domain, dealing in industrial materials such as hardware, safety products, packaging materials, industrial oils & chemicals, housekeeping materials, and stationery. We are expanding into the manufacturing segment for safety and packaging materials.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

The Store Manager will oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate documentation, and timely dispatches to meet client demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations – receiving, stacking, and issuing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock ledgers in ERP/manual systems.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and variance reporting.
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch departments for material flow.
  • Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and safeguarded.
  • Oversee inward/outward entries, GRNs, and delivery challans.
  • Optimize space utilization and maintain a clean, safe storage environment.
  • Manage store team attendance, discipline, and task allocation.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store management or warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced industrial environments.

Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM To Apply:
