Job Title: Zoho Books Developer Experience

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Zoho Books Developer with a strong accounting background to handle the implementation, customization, and automation of Zoho Books across our organization. The candidate will be responsible for configuring financial modules, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other Zoho and third-party applications to support efficient accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho Books based on organizational accounting processes and structure.
- Customize modules, templates, fields, layouts, and workflows within Zoho Books to match business requirements.
- Configure chart of accounts, tax settings (GST, TDS), multi-currency, and financial approval hierarchies.
- Develop custom functions, automation, and Deluge scripts to enhance process efficiency.
- Integrate Zoho Books with Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Payroll, and third-party applications using Zoho Flow or APIs.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support finance and management decisions.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems (e.g., Tally, Excel) into Zoho Books with validation and accuracy checks.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth transition to production.
- Train the accounting and operations team on Zoho Books usage and best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance / Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Books implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliation, invoicing, and taxation (GST, TDS).
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho Flow, and API integration.
- Experience in customizing templates, automating approval workflows, and designing reports/dashboards.
- Sound knowledge of data migration and validation within Zoho applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of Zoho Inventory, Payroll, and CRM integrations.
- Exposure to ERP systems or custom financial solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹59,712.09 per month
