Location: Chennai

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho applications based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple Zoho products, strong analytical ability, and the capability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Zoho Implementation & Configuration

• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, etc.
• Set up modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, blueprints, automation, and approvals.
• Integrate Zoho apps with each other and with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, and integrations.

2. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process flows and pain points.
• Perform gap analysis and design scalable Zoho-based solutions.
• Prepare functional documents, solution architecture, and configuration plans.

3. Customization & Automation

• Create custom functions using Deluge scripting, schedules, custom widgets, and client scripts.
• Build custom applications using Zoho Creator and link it with other Zoho apps.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and automated workflows.

4. Training & Support

• Provide end-user training and create user manuals and SOP documents.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth Zoho operations, and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with Zoho Support for advanced technical issues.

5. Testing & Deployment

• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and QA for solutions developed.
• Ensure successful deployment, data migration, and rollout with minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Zoho Functional Consultant or Zoho Implementation Specialist.
• Strong understanding of multiple Zoho products and Zoho One ecosystem.
• Expertise in Deluge scripting, workflows, blueprints, automation, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

Good to Have

• Zoho Certification (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.).
• Experience in business domains such as IT Services, Finance, HRMS, CRM, Operations, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.

Pay: ₹331, ₹670,308.62 per year
