Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Associate to ensure compliance, maintain

quality standards, and support operational efficiency. You will conduct audits, manage error

reports, perform data checks, and assist in risk assessment to improve processes. This role requires

strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation

tools.

Qualification:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

• Knowledge of audit, quality control, or documentation processes is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of applications, documents, and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Monitor processes to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.

• Identify, document, and report discrepancies or issues effectively.

• Maintain detailed error reports and track resolutions.

• Implement risk assessment checklists and perform operational testing.

• Perform random sample testing and data validation to detect vulnerabilities.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with observations and recommendations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful audit execution.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior team members.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills

• Familiarity with audit and quality assurance processes

• Effective communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation processes.

• Exposure to document audit procedures and quality control practices.
