
Business Intelligence Specialist

As a BI specialist in Mobile DDOPs, you will play a critical role in creating reports and dashboards to clearly communicate key finding to intended stakeholders, collaborating closely across the business in order to identify best data sources and types of information depending on the topic.
What you'll be doing- Develops and designs reports and dashboards from multiple sources and systems for operational and business needs.
- Develops and implements the modernisation and automation of the BT group's reporting capabilities, reporting solutions and improvement proposals in the context of increasing the quality and uniformity of reporting.
- Creates and adopts best practices in reporting, analysis, data integrity, report design and visualisations, maintaining and improving dashboards with a passion for automation.
- Leads the enhancement of business intelligence processes using advanced technical knowledge to ensure consistent and efficient reporting and integration into overall business processes.
- Builds productive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Monitors master data accuracy and alignment in key financial and analytical systems in coordination with other departments.
- Mentors other data analysts, helping to improve the team's abilities by acting as a technical resource.
Champions, continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in business intelligence and data visualisation.

Experience you'd be expected to have
- Data Visualization: Ability to create clear and insightful visualizations using tools like Power BI, Quicksight - Mandatory
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data - Mandatory
- Made decisions in ambiguous situations using incomplete information or differing opinions (eg divided team loyalties or unclear deliverables).
- Aligned project plans and objectives with BT strategy and values
- Actively participated in strategy setting sessions
- To suit the needs of a customer, colleague or client; moved outside of expected process or practice
- Been a spokesperson for others on issues of integrity
- Cross-functional collaboration
