Job Description:

Project Role : Digital Data Engineering Practitioner  Project Role Description : Develop analytics based solutions that produce quantitative and qualitative business insights. Work with partners as necessary to integrate systems and data quickly and effectively, regardless of technical challenges or business environments Must have Skills : Data Governance  Good to Have Skills :  IBM InfoSphere DataStage  Job Requirements :    Key Responsibilities :   1: Gap Analysis ,Impact Assessment during the project initiation and HLD phase  2: Documentation of data and system requirements from business requirements and obtaining business sign off  3: Working closely with the designer to produce conceptual/logical/physical data model and creation of data mapping document  4: Data Profiling ,Data Quality Assessment etc  5: Build and Test Support    Technical Experience :   1: Excellent analytical skills and expertise in sql  2: Experience in ER and dimensional modelling, system analysis ,ability to understand and establish relationships between data items ,primary keys,foreign keys etc  3: Understanding of data warehouse ,data marts ,data integration techniques ,experience with any ETL tool ,basic knowledge of unix/linux ,experience with Microsoft excel ,Microsoft word  4: Prior experience in data profiling, data quality assessment and requirement gathering    Professional Attributes :   1: Resource should be a good team player  2: Ability to lead and guide junior team members  3: Work in a diverse work environment  4: Good communication skills , ability to engage with business to identify ,document and confirm scope and requirements    Educational Qualification :   15 years of education    Additional Information :   1: Resource should be a good team player  2: Ability to lead and guide junior team members  3: Work in a diverse work environment  4: Good communication skills , ability to engage with business to identify ,document and confirm scope and requirements
