JOB TITLE: QUALITY HEAD

EXPERIENCE NEEDED: MIN 20 YEARS

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).
  • Lead quality assurance and control teams, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Establish quality policies and procedures across production, procurement, and logistics.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Analyze quality metrics and KPIs, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Manage supplier quality, including vendor evaluations and incoming material inspections.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.
  • Ensure product conformity through robust inspection and testing protocols.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Report quality performance to senior management and recommend strategic improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
