Role Overview

The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for driving project sales, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful conversion of leads into construction projects. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of construction processes, and the ability to represent the company professionally in client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and market research.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline for residential & commercial projects.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

  • Meet prospective clients and present company services & project portfolios.
  • Conduct on-site visits with clients to showcase construction quality and progress.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

3. Sales Negotiation & Closing

  • Prepare quotations, project proposals, and pricing discussions.
  • Negotiate terms aligned with company guidelines.
  • Facilitate contract signing and ensure accurate documentation.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Architecture, Execution, and Project Teams for client requirements.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Update CRM/HRMS/KEKA (as applicable) with sales activities.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing and premium clients.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support clients throughout the construction journey until handover.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project workflow.
  • Ability to understand drawings, BOQ, and basic technical details (added advantage).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at field sales.
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent the company with formals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp business communication.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate (BBA/BCom/BSc).
  • Civil/Construction background preferred.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Interiors, or Building Materials is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹40,113.59 per month
