What youll do
- Identify and prioritize target accounts across ambulatory/specialty care and billing firms
- Prospect, book meetings, and run consultative discovery with decision-makers
- Articulate ROI, handle objections, craft proposals/SOWs, and negotiate to close
- Maintain clean pipeline and accurate weekly forecasts
- Nurture new wins into long-term accounts with smooth handoffs to delivery
Must-haves
- 36+ years selling RCM services to US healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated relationships with clinic leaders/billing company stakeholders
- Strong command of US healthcare & RCM (eligibility, claims, denials, AR)
- Excellent spoken/written communication and presentation skills
- Ownership mindset; comfortable with outbound outreach and closing cycles
- Ability to work with a daily US time overlap
Nice-to-haves (optional)
- Existing warm network in US ambulatory/specialty clinics or billing firms
- Track record of multi-month service contracts and renewals
- Experience selling offshore service delivery

- Healthy qualified pipeline with consistent weekly meetings
