What youll do

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts across ambulatory/specialty care and billing firms
  • Prospect, book meetings, and run consultative discovery with decision-makers
  • Articulate ROI, handle objections, craft proposals/SOWs, and negotiate to close
  • Maintain clean pipeline and accurate weekly forecasts
  • Nurture new wins into long-term accounts with smooth handoffs to delivery

Must-haves

  • 36+ years selling RCM services to US healthcare organizations
  • Demonstrated relationships with clinic leaders/billing company stakeholders
  • Strong command of US healthcare & RCM (eligibility, claims, denials, AR)
  • Excellent spoken/written communication and presentation skills
  • Ownership mindset; comfortable with outbound outreach and closing cycles
  • Ability to work with a daily US time overlap

Nice-to-haves (optional)

  • Existing warm network in US ambulatory/specialty clinics or billing firms
  • Track record of multi-month service contracts and renewals
  • Experience selling offshore service delivery
