We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager/Manager to join ourD2C Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing strategicinitiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various digitalchannels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Criteo, and Taboola.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, from setup to monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously A/B test and optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates.
- Implement and manage end-to-end user journeys using WebEngage, including handling drop-offs, cross-sell/upsell strategies, and post-purchase engagement.
- Utilize WhatsApp marketing through Interakt to re-engage existing customers and drive repeat purchases.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies.
- Experiment with new marketing channels and tactics, including Snapchat, Twitter, Unity, and Ironsource, to expand beyond traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, and content, to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Should have an in depth understanding of Google/Meta ad platforms Customer audience capability, various types of campaigns and objectives, ability to understand what campaign suits better as per business objectives.
    Expertise in D2C operations, particularly with Shopify, Meta Ads, WebEngage, andI nterakt
  2. Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mar-tech tools such as Clevertap/Webengage
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  4. Detail-oriented with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
