Mandatory Skill Set

  1. 3–4 years of proven experience in Email Marketing

  2. Excellent communication skills

  3. Ability to understand and capture customer requirements

  4. Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing email campaigns independently

  5. Proficiency in creating responsive email templates using both HTML and built-in email marketing platform editors."

  6. Strong knowledge of KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, bounce rate, and spam complaint rate

  7. Proficiency in content creation and subject line optimization

  8. Analytical mindset for performance tracking and reporting

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's email marketing initiatives to drive engagement, improve conversions, and enhance customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute weekly email campaigns in alignment with customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement monthly campaign calendars with clear goals and timelines.
  • Create engaging and personalized email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs.
  • Segment email lists effectively to deliver targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and design layouts to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Track, measure, and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs such as:

  • Open rates

  • Click-through rates (CTR)
  • Conversion rates
  • Bounce rates
  • Unsubscribe rates

  • Spam complaints

  • Optimize campaigns based on performance insights to increase engagement and conversions.

  • Work on deliverability improvements to reduce bounce and spam issues.
  • Develop strategies to nurture leads and retain customers through automated workflows and drip campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
