Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Agent with expertise in email outreach, cold calling, and creative sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can identify new opportunities, connect with clients, and drive revenue growth for the brand.

Key Responsibilities


• Generate new leads through email campaigns and cold calling.


• Develop and implement creative marketing and sales ideas to boost conversions.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.


• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate ZAP SPORTS products.


• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.


• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution.

Requirements


• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or email outreach.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and deliver on sales targets.


• Creative thinker with a passion for sales and marketing.


• Knowledge of sports industry (especially cricket) will be an added advantage.
