About The Role
We are hiring a
Sr. Process Associate
for the
Revenue Booking
process within the Insurance domain. The role is focused on ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance in the end-to-end client servicing process, including post-placement transactions as per
IRDAI
guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining process excellence and supporting smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle booking inquiries for all potential clients on the system.
  • Book business transactions accurately and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure correct brokerage calculation and record keeping.
  • Maintain knowledge of quote share placements, GST, and other applicable taxes.
  • Generate unique reference numbers to facilitate renewals.
  • Coordinate closely with cedents and underwriters for smooth transaction processing and issue resolution.

  • Follow best practices in business processes and quality assurance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Continuously learn and upskill to enhance process effectiveness.

  • Strong technical understanding of insurance operations and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • High level of ownership and accountability.
  • In-depth insurance domain knowledge.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any specialization

Certifications

  • Insurance certification preferred (advantageous but not mandatory)

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Analysis or Insurance Operations within the Insurance domain
