Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Salesforce workflows and user interfaces. You will specialize in gathering and analyzing information, designing comprehensive solutions, and translating business requirements into working Salesforce solutions. Additionally, you will handle data migration, data import and export automation, data modeling, and data security. You will also be involved in creating technical documentation and providing support to the project development team.
Candidate Qualifications: To qualify for this role, you should have excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as excellent people management skills. You should be able to understand client needs, work independently, and be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should have advanced analytical skills, knowledge of project development life cycles, and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects. Experience with SFDC knowledge or apps developed on and knowledge in JIRA would be preferred.
