Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources such as Excel, SQL, and marketplace reports.
  • Automate manual reporting processes and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Operations, Marketing) to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Create DAX queries and data models for complex analysis.
  • Implement and maintain scheduled data refreshes, security roles, and workspace management.
  • Conduct regular performance tuning of reports and datasets.
  • Analyze business trends - such as sales performance, product profitability, order fulfillment rate, and inventory flow.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis and presentations for management review meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Min 4 years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Data Modelling, Power BI Service).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
  • Experience with SQL and working knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to handle and interpret large data sets from multiple eCommerce sources (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation ability.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience after completion of internship.
