Marketing Staff – Loan Sales

Role Overview

  • Actively attract customers through persuasive marketing, field visits, and digital outreach.
  • Understand customer financial needs and pitch the right loan solution to maximize conversions.
  • Create appealing loan offers, presentations, and marketing messages to influence customer decision-making.
  • Drive revenue and business growth by promoting and selling loan products.
  • Act as the bridge between potential clients and the lending institution, understanding customer needs and proposing tailored loan solutions.
  • Work collaboratively across teams (marketing, operations, underwriting) to align sales efforts with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute sales campaigns for various loan products.
  • Generate and nurture leads through field marketing, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, explain loan terms, eligibility, and documentation process.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and roll out promotional activities.
  • Resolve customer objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Continuously identify process improvements and suggest innovations to boost loan sales effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or lending.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like CRM, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under target pressure and drive results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
