Role Description
- Our Fund administration team is working with some of the top names in the fund industry. You'll be working in one of the teams responsible for managing the end to end processes related to securities and portfolio / fund valuation for client segments like Mutual Fund, Alternative Investment Fund, Portfolio Managers, etc.

Your key responsibilities
As DFS Ops Lead for PAARS, you would be required to:
- Take the lead to implement Performance Measurement, Attributions and Risk Analytics offering in collaboration with Fund Accounting Operations, Product and Technology teams.
- Facing off clients to discuss performance result in technical terms, understand their requirements and carry out the changes to support customized service offering.
- Day-to-day co-ordination with FA operations team for static and transaction related data processing and system configuration.
- Work with Technology team for development of performance and risk related reports
- Migration of new client onboarding along with historical data points for performance and risk analytics
- Participate in client pitching and RFP process.
- Lead, manage and deliver Book of Work for our department across APAC, including prioritization of items based on their nature of criticality.
- Proactively engage with all branch leads and support their change requirements through active coordination with regional Tech team.
- Work as a single point of contact with in-house Tech team as well as our system vendor to design new solutions as well as to plan and implement new models, system upgrades, control points, etc in SIMCORP.
- Team management
- Organize regular trainings for team members including new joiners
Your skills and experience
- Post-graduate degree, preferably BE / B Tech / CFA / FRM
- 15+ years of experience within Funds Industry, with hands-on experience in Performance Measurement, Attribution and Risk Analytics
- End-to-end Product knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance Unit Linked Funds, PMS/Discretionary Clients, AIFs, Pension Funds, etc.
- Knowledge of different investment products
- Knowledge of SIMCORP application will be of added advantage
- Experience in handling large projects such as Platform Migrations, Client Migrations, Target Operating Models, etc.
- Strong Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills along with ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
