Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager-Funding at DRA Homes, located in Chennai. The Senior Manager-Funding will oversee and manage funding strategies, analyze financial data, liaise with financial institutions for loans and investments, and ensure optimum utilization of financial resources. This role requires active collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate financing and promote fiscal growth within the organization. The professional will also monitor and evaluate funding requirements and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Funding, including securing and managing finance from diverse sources and stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, funding strategies, and market opportunities effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Finance and Investments to design and implement robust funding solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Experience managing Loans, including negotiation, disbursement, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities to interact with stakeholders and ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage.
  • An advanced degree or professional certification in finance, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
