Office Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, coordination, scheduling, and maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining calendars.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Director and ensure timely reminders and follow-up.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping staff.
- Assist in travel arrangements, ticket booking, and accommodation as required.
- Ensure office cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Support in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office functioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration, Commerce, or related field).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with teams.
- Experience as an Office Assistant or in Office Administration is required.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- English & Malayalam language skills required
