
Office Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Staff to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle cold calling, appointment scheduling, GEM portal management, and assist the purchase and accounts departments. Basic ERP data entry and coordination between departments are key parts of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential clients and schedule appointments.
- Manage and update the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal – product listing, bid participation, and order tracking.
- Assist the Purchase Department with vendor coordination, quotation collection, and purchase documentation.
- Support the Accounts Department with invoice entries, payment tracking, and document filing.
- Perform data entry and updates in the ERP system.
- Maintain records, files, and internal documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software.
- Experience with GEM portal operations (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Salary:
- Based on experience and performance.
