Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Manager based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day business operations, optimizing processes, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the operational efficiency of various programs. The role will also involve collaboration across departments, monitoring performance, addressing challenges, and supporting the strategic objectives of the company. The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Program Management
- Knowledge and experience in Finance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage cross-functional projects
- Experience in the fitness or health industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
