Role Overview
Working for our Animal Health IT, The SAP OTC (Order to Cash) - eCommerce Technical Squad Lead will be responsible for managing the eCommerce Local squad - delivering eCommerce solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that enhance the customer journey and streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP eCommerce platform, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
What will you do in this role:

• Collaborate with the Global Business Process Lead on eCommerce, commercial stakeholders, and stream leads to ensure appropriate integration of eCommerce processes across the organization.
  
• Dedicated to defining technical solutions specifically for SAP Commerce Cloud and the wider ecosystem.
  
• Support the development of SAP Commerce Cloud and manage daily operations within the eCommerce local Squad.
  
• Act in a leadership role to provide technical guidance to the development team and other functional and delivery team members.
  
• Help to translate the business requirements into technical requirements and design specifications.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all applications within the ecosystem .
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to eCommerce processes in a timely manner.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, SAP advancements, and emerging eCommerce technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  

What Should you have:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP Commerce/Hybris with experience in eCommerce, Content Management & Migrations, CMS and Supply Chain applications implementations.
  
• Proven experience – 3-4 full life cycle implementations in leading SAP Commerce/Hybris (B2C and B2B platforms).
  
• Experience with implementing (including hands on development) of SAP Commerce/Hybris eCommerce modules: cart, personalization, catalog, promotions, checkout, order management and customer service and its integration with other applications, like SAP and CRM solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, scalability, security and performance optimization
  
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Experience within Spartacus (a nice-to-have) for front-end solutions in SAP Commerce environments
  
• SAP certification in OTC or related modules is a plus.
