Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager with a proven track

record of successfully delivering multiple large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for end-to-end project execution, cost and schedule control, risk management,

and effective coordination with all stakeholders. A strong background in Pre-Engineered

Buildings (PEB), fabrication, erection works, and RCC construction is essential. The

candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities, the ability to collaborate with MEP teams,

and the vision to apply modern construction methods for timely and efficient project

delivery.

Key Responsibilities

∙Strong advocate of modern construction methods to deliver projects efficiently across

all stages of execution.

∙Plan, execute, and monitor multiple civil and structural projects simultaneously.

∙Develop and implement project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.

∙Ensure strict adherence to project timelines through effective project control and

scheduling.

∙Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to

ensure smooth execution.

∙Perform risk analysis and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

∙Lead and supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project

milestones.

∙Oversee fabrication and erection of PEB structures, ensuring compliance with design,

safety, and quality standards.

∙Review and manage RCC construction for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and

implementation.

∙Collaborate closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of services.

∙Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and forecasts to management

and stakeholders.

∙Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all

project phases.

Key Requirements

∙Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

∙10+ years of proven experience in civil project management with exposure to multiple

large-scale projects.

∙Hands-on expertise in PEB buildings, fabrication, and erection works.

∙Strong knowledge of RCC construction and implementation.

∙Demonstrated ability in project control, cost control, risk management, and budget

forecasting.

∙Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

∙Experience working with MEP teams for integrated project delivery.

∙Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

∙Proficiency in project management tools and modern construction technologies.
