About the Role

We're looking for a strong Email Copywriter who can jump in quickly and help us create high-performing email content for D2C and ecommerce brands. You'll work closely with our lifecycle and design teams to craft emails that convert, engage, and feel on-brand.

What You'll Do

  • Write clear, compelling email copy for promotions, flows, campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Support email strategy by shaping messaging, angles, and content frameworks.
  • Collaborate with designers to align copy with visuals and layout.
  • Review performance and optimize copy for higher opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in email-specific copywriting (Klaviyo experience is a plus).
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving e-commerce/D2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of email strategy, segmentation, and customer journeys.
  • Basic knowledge of email design principles; Figma experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and ability to deliver quality work under tight timelines.
  • Immediate availability to join.

Good to Have

  • Basic understanding of design tools such as
    Figma

- Experience in performance marketing or eCommerce.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- A portfolio of email copywriting samples or similar work.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, retention strategy, or CRO.
- Understanding of email deliverability basics.
