Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily UPI transaction performance, success ratios, failures & drop-off patt
  • ernsAnalyse UPI transactions and identify root causes for failures (TPAP, PSP, Issuing Bank, Acquirer)
  • Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports & dashboards for management
  • Analyse refunds, payment reversals, chargebacks & UPI complaints
  • Analyze UPI transactions to identify root causes for failures (TPAP, PSP, Issuing Bank, Acquirer).
  • Categorize users within the UPI growth funnel and analyze their behavior at each stage.
  • Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports & dashboards for management.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Product and Engineering teams to prioritize feature development and bug fixes
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing to optimize UPI user experience and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand user acquisition channels and their impact on UPI adoption.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time tracking of key UPI metrics

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • 1 to 3 years experience in Payments / Fintech / UPI domain
  • B. Tech /B.E. from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/ BIT)
  • Strong understanding of UPI ecosystem – TPAP, PSP, issuer, acquiring flows
  • Good analytical mindset & problem solving with data
  • Strong experience in
    App/Mobile Analytics across Android and iOS platforms
    is preferred
  • Experience with dashboards / visualisation tools/
    SQL
    / Excel preferred
  • Comfortable working with banking partners & external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of settlement / reconciliation cycle will be an advantage
