About This Role
At Fam, data isn't just numbers — it's how we build better products. We're looking for a Product Analyst who's excited to go beyond dashboards and uncover the why behind the metrics. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, dive deep into data, and surface insights that directly shape product decisions. If you love spotting patterns, solving puzzles, and turning messy datasets into stories that move the business forward, this role is for you.

On the Job

• Partner with PMs to define the right success metrics and measure what matters.
• Write efficient SQL queries to dig into large datasets and answer tough questions.
• Analyze user behaviour to uncover opportunities, friction points, and growth levers.
• Turn raw data into clear, actionable insights — not just pretty dashboards.
• Share findings with product, design, and engineering teams in simple, compelling ways
• Build lightweight dashboards/reports where needed for visibility.
• Stay curious: proactively spot anomalies, trends, and untapped opportunities

Requirements

• 1–3 years in product/data analytics, BI, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Stats, Math, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills — you should be comfortable writing advanced queries on large datasets.
• Hands-on with tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, Amplitude, or Looker.
• Solid grasp of statistics: A/B tests, cohorts, funnels, significance testing.
• Clear communicator who can turn complex analyses into simple, actionable insights.
• A curious problem-solver who loves going deep into data

Good to have

• Experience in fintech, consumer apps, or fast-paced startups.
• Comfort with Python or R for advanced analysis. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and growth analytics.
• Experience with large-scale databases (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
• Ability to understand product flows, funnels, and technical concepts — and explain them to both product and engineering teams
