It's ideal for experienced professionals who are deeply enthusiastic about electronics, embedded systems, and driving innovation through both educational and industrial hardware solutions.​​Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize PCB layouts using tools like KiCad, Altium, or EasyEDA.Write, test, and debug firmware for microcontrollers such as ESP32, STM32, Arduino, and RP2040.Integrate sensors, actuators, communication modules (Wi -Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, etc.), and power systems into functional prototypes.Collaborate with the R&D team to create STEM DIY kits, industrial IoT prototypes, and custom hardware solutions for clients.Work on product documentation, BOM creation, and hardware testing to ensure design quality and manufacturability.Assist in developing production -ready PCB files and support firmware updates for existing products.Conduct troubleshooting, calibration, and performance optimization for developed hardware systems.Coordinate with mechanical design, app, and software teams for full system integration.Key Skills RequiredStrong understanding of electronics circuit design and embedded system fundamentals.Proficiency in PCB design software (KiCad, Altium Designer, or EasyEDA).Experience in C/C++ or MicroPython programming for embedded systems.Hands -on experience with ESP32, Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi Pico, and IoT communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, BLE, etc.).Knowledge of sensor interfacing, power management, and hardware debugging using tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.Familiarity with IoT architecture, cloud connectivity, and firmware version control (Git).Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with a passion for innovation and R&D.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast -paced, product -driven environment.
