Requirements

  • PQE 2-5 years - One experienced litigator for taking over 75% drafting (complex) work and 25% court arguments in the firm.
  • PQE 0-2 years - One recently graduated & enrolled advocate for taking over 25% drafting (basic) work, majority of research and miscellaneous court appearances of the firm.
  • Prior background in litigation in diverse matters at reputed offices and good internships will be preferred.
  • Candidates from reputed law schools, looking to build a counsel practice in litigation, with innate talent, are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to identify and research core issues, facts and applicable law, and draft complex court petitions under supervision.
  • Exclusive & full-time engagement with firm. Integrity and Honesty is non-negotiable.
  • Discipline to work, dedication for profession and professionalism to keep client's requirements above personal needs.
  • Comfortable in working with small and impactful team, taking initiatives and disciplined work even without supervision.

  • Probation of three months will apply before confirmation.

Work-Life Balance & Benefits

  • Mon to Thu: 9:30 am to 7 pm
  • Fri & Sat: 9:30 am to 5 pm
  • If drafts or work is pending, associates are encouraged to complete them within office hours or if needed by stretching office hours or from home, at their own discretion.
  • Fixed monthly retainers commensurate with skills and experience.
  • Incentives when client bonuses are received on favourable outcomes.
  • 25% fee sharing when new matters are introduced to the firm by associates.
