● Client Management

● Establish and develop business relationships with high-value customers and real estate

developers to generate sales;

● Guide customers through the home buying and selling process, offering assistance and

advice to help them find the right finance deal

● Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base;

● Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

● Register everything on CRM

● Collect necessary documents from clients to start mortgage application

● Follow up about clients portfolio in CRM and with Operations team

● Filter the pressure that comes from the clients and help the company to address issues in the

most professional way

● Source new agencies whenever possible

● Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to

them

● Follow independent owner deals and close them.

● Verification of location and house before onboarding the property

● Pitch about the company's policies and pitch to owners.

● Collection of details for Agreement Generation between Owners and Jugyah

● Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
