Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Leader based in Gurugram, India. The Procurement Leader will be responsible for managing and executing procurement strategies, including evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing purchase orders. The role requires monitoring supplier performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and aligning procurement operations with organizational goals. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive procurement efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in Procurement, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Evaluation
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Analytical Skills from Chemical Industry only.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering/chemistry/ supply chain, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of materials management and sustainability practices is beneficial
