Job Title: Sr. Consultant/Manager -Internal Auditor(Insurance Sector)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Internal Audit / Risk & Compliance

Experience: 4 10 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk-based internal audits across Life, General, or Health Insurance functions (e.g., underwriting, claims, reinsurance, policy servicing, finance, operations, etc.).
  • Review and evaluate internal control systems, compliance procedures, and process efficiency.
  • Prepare audit plans, testing procedures, and working papers as per IIA standards.
  • Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and non-compliance with IRDAI and internal policies.
  • Draft comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Follow up on implementation of audit findings and risk mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk management, fraud prevention, and governance initiatives.
